Our Case Study: A Uk-Based Oil & Gas Engineering Company

The client’s production facility is located in Tanjong Langsat, Johor, Malaysia. They wanted a leadership programme that would help their new managers who were previously individual contributors to transition into their managerial role smoothly.

The 4-month programme included the use of a 360 feedback tool, personality profiling, learning workshops, assignment and mentoring.

The learner’s managers reported observable behavioural change in them and improved working relationship across departments.

Our Case Study: Malaysia’s Largest Property Developer

We were engaged by Aon Hewitt to design, develop and deliver 2 learning workshops for their client, the largest property developer in Malaysia. 

These 2 workshops are part of their client’s 12-month leadership programme consisted of 4 workshops. We incorporated AON’s 360 leadership feedback and personality profiling tool, ADEPT 15 into our programme.

We were engaged for 2 consecutive years.
